So I had a question. We all know people who are sighted have celeb crushes or fantasies, but the question then becomes, do blind people have them, and if so who is your fantasy/crush?

I'm probably the most famous zoner on here with a celebrity crush even though it's not on the most famous of celebrities. Since early 2002, I've been obsessively devoted to Hansi Kürsch, the lead singer of both Blind Guardian and Demons & Wizards. He's a long haired German operetic metal singer and has a four-octave vocal range! He has a brilliant mind, a kind heart, and a fun-loving nature. But, he's married, has two kids, and next summer he'll be 40 *sigh*
Well, I suppose I should say mine, since I was the one who brought this question up in the first place. Anyway, I am like deeply in love with Chad Croger from the famous group Nickelback. I don't know why, but I am, his voice just does wonders to me, I don't know ifhe he is married or not, but if he was god, that would so break my heart. ah well, a woman can dream right?
Interesting question...I no longer have a crush on a celeberty, however, when I was little my #1 crush and hero was the wrestler Hulk Hogan. Before anyone asks, yes he's married but I didn't think much about that then.

During about 10th and/or 11th grade, I used to have crush on Steven Page of Barenaked Ladies. Actually loved the whole band, but especially Steven. I guess it was the way he sings and the fact that most of the songs I listend to were mainly sung by him. (I had even went so far as to make and decorate a special box just for that band's stuff and would carry it around when I could.) But after constantly listening to Barenaked Ladies' tapes and CD's for the whole year or 2, I got tired of it, especially Steven's voice! Now it's pretty annoying! So I rarely listen to their stuff anymore, even though I still have everything (CD's, tapes, box, etc.) At the moment, I can't say I have a crush on any celebreties though. I think that band was my only one.
Hahaha, I remember when I had a whole wall of posters, pics, lyrics, photos and so on devoted to Jc from NSYNC at one point in my life, I had the biggest crush on him. Mmm. He was so hot.

I guess I should update this. *smile* Since early this year or late last year, I'm liked and so far still like Benjamin Burnley, from Breaking Benjamin. I don't know, he just seems like a cool and interesting person to me, at least from things I've read and the lyrics to some of the songs assuming they have to do with him). Anyway, it'd be cool to meet him sometime if that ever happens. *smile* I don't think I'd ever go as far as to make a box and all that stuff I did for Barenaked Ladies though; I was actually amazed that I had done that when I recently looked thru the box (which I had to get rid of because rats or something got to it, just the box; I still have the stuff that was in it). The only thing I have to Ben is a casual letter I wrote to say hi. But anyways, so yeah, just wanted to update my post thing here, since I found this discussion again. *smile*
